347 pipelines, 316 storages as well as a couple of railway loading stations and airports are recorded to demonstrate China¡¯s oil products supply system. Both the pipelines and storages are divided into 3 categories. (strategic level, backbone level, regional level for pipelines, and strategic level, commercial reserve level, regional level for storages.
Oil Products Supply for Sichuan and Chongqing: PetroChina¡¯s Lan-Cheng-Yu Pipeline is the existing main supply for this area. New production capacity from Pengzhou and Changshou Refineries will be able to further connect Pengzhou, Suining with Guang¡¯an, and Guang¡¯yuan, Bazhong with Dazhou by pipelines. Supplies for Panzhihua and Liangshan will come from Anning Refinery in Yunnan. Sinopec is also constructing a backbone level oil products pipeline from Guiyang to Chongqing and then Sichuan.
