Most of these database products are provided in Microsoft Excel format except the project leads. The project leads are provided in Microsoft Access format in order to demonstrate, in one interface, the relationship among a project¡¯s main investor, operator, location, status and size grade etc. If you are not able to use Microsoft Access, we can also change the project leads into Microsoft Excel files for you. |

| FAQ02: | When are the directories most recently updated? |
Everyday there are newly verified records of leads entering into the directory. A single existing leads in our database will be verified once a year to keep it fresh. The latest round of annual verification will be finalized by end of September, 2011. Subscribers will receive the most updated project leads and executive directories together with the China Petroleum Map 2012, which is published on October 1st, 2011. |

| FAQ03: | Do the project leads introduce everything such as all the shareholders, operator, project parameters, bidding details and how to contact ...? |
The project leads is basically a $1 per project business directory. It introduces a project¡¯s principal investor who holds the largest share of project interest; the operator (if the project has an operator); the general location (province or basin) and the status. Some leads will also be attached with size grading and abbreviation information by China Petroleum Map. Learn more >> However, it is not a bidding document and can¡¯t provide every detail. |

| The map is basically published once a year but not always on a fixed date. The latest edition, the China Petroleum Map 2012, is published on October 1st, 2011. | |

| FAQ06: | How to submit my project into the map? |
You are welcomed to nominate your projects to us. However, whether it will appear on the map depends mainly on the projects¡¯ size. If a nominated project is accepted by the editorial committee, it will appear on the next to-be-published map. To nomination your projects, please send brief introduction (project name, size, location, sketch and other available background) of the projects to publications@araworldwide.com. |

| FAQ08: | What¡¯s the size of the map? |
| The map, 175 cm x 116.68 cm, is so far world¡¯s largest map publication of its type. | |
| FAQ09: | What¡¯s the Language of the publication, project leads and directories? |
| The China Petroleum Map 2012 and its project leads are in English. A Chinese edition of the project leads is available but it is charged independently. The China oil industry executive directories is in Chinese. | |
| FAQ10: | How do I pay for my purchase? |
An invoice with payment details will be sent to you after we received and handled your booking form. We accept payment by banking transfer or credit card for all types of products. For map subscription, we also accept cash payment for you to pick your map by yourself in our office. |

| FAQ11: | How much do I pay? |
If you ask for shipping delivery, the overall payment shall be the product price plus shipping (insurance) fee and $3 per map shipping protective package fee. Payment by credit card will lead to extra 4% service fee charged by banks on basis of the total amount. |

| FAQ12: | Can I pay the purchases by RMB? |
| Payment by RMB is available but shall refer to the fixed exchange rate of 6.5:1 (RMB:USD). | |
| FAQ13: | Can I have a discount for the products? |
You will be entitled to 10% discount for booking 3 or more copies of the SAME product. No discount available for single copy booking except that the next edition of publication is published. For example, you can purchase China Petroleum Map 2012 by adjusted lower price when its 2013 edition is published. |

| FAQ14: | Can I return my purchases and have the payment refunded? |
Within one month from the date you receive the map, without any reason, we will refund to you after you return the map and its accessories to us. Malicious return will lead a purchaser to a blocking list for future notification and booking of all types of the products. The project leads and executive directories are soft copy product so that they are NOT returnable and refundable. |

| FAQ15: | When can I receive the products I have purchased? |
| The products you booked will be shipped to you within 5 working days after the payment is received. Federal Express is the most frequently used shipping service company with a global reach. Normally, you will receive the product 1-3 days after we shipped it. | |
| FAQ16: | Who arranges shipping? |
If you have your own FedEx or UPS account, you can fill the account information in the Shipping Fee part of the booking form. In this case, you only need to pay the product fee and $3 per map protective packaging fee, because the shipping service company will pick up the product and charge your account. If you don¡¯t have a FedEx or UPS account, the shipping charge and insurance fee will be added into the invoice. We provide insurance on shipments upto the retail price of the products. |
